Shipping Overview
AKAAL JEWELLERS LTD is committed to delivering your jewelry purchases safely and securely. We work with reliable shipping partners to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition and within reasonable timeframes. All shipments include full insurance coverage and tracking capabilities for your peace of mind.
This shipping policy applies to all orders placed through our online store and outlines our procedures, timeframes, and customer responsibilities related to product delivery.
Shipping Locations
Domestic Shipping:
We ship throughout Canada to all provinces and territories using Canada Post and other reliable courier services.
International Shipping:
We currently ship to the United States and U.S. territories only. We do not ship to other international destinations at this time.
Shipping Restrictions:
We reserve the right to restrict shipping to certain addresses or locations based on security concerns, shipping limitations, or other business considerations.
Address Verification:
For security purposes, billing and shipping addresses must match for credit card orders. Orders with mismatched addresses will be cancelled and refunded to prevent fraudulent transactions.
Processing and Delivery Times
Order Processing:
Orders typically require 1β3 business days for processing and validation before shipment. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may extend to 5 business days.
Domestic Delivery (Canada):
Standard delivery within Canada takes 10β15 business days from our Toronto, Ontario fulfillment center. Delivery times may vary based on your location and local postal service conditions.
International Delivery (United States):
Delivery to the United States typically takes 15β22 business days. International shipments may experience delays due to customs processing, which is beyond our control.
Business Days:
Shipping timeframes are calculated in business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Weekends and statutory holidays are not included in delivery estimates.
No Guaranteed Delivery:
While we provide estimated delivery timeframes, we do not guarantee specific delivery dates due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, weather disruptions, and customs clearance processes.
Loss or Damage During Shipping
AKAAL JEWELLERS LTD is not liable for any loss, damage, or delays caused by third-party shipping providers, including but not limited to Canada Post, Purolator, or other courier services. Once your package is handed over to the shipping provider and tracking information is issued, the responsibility for delivery lies with the courier.
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, we will initiate a claim with the shipping provider. Customers will be eligible for a refund equivalent to the insured value declared at the time of shipping (maximum $100). We do not cover or reimburse additional costs beyond this insured amount.
Please note: In cases where the courier denies the claim or fails to locate the package, AKAAL JEWELLERS LTD will not be held financially responsible. The risk of loss passes to the customer upon shipment.
